Our intuitive art workshops follow a small-group format, offering both weekly sessions. The artist facilitator’s role is to create a safe, supportive space where each participant can explore their creativity at their own pace—free from judgment, stress, or overthinking.
These classes are a powerful tool for reconnecting with creativity, fostering joy, and embracing self-expression in all areas of life.
In our sessions, we encourage participants to:
- Tune into their inner rhythm—through music, breathing, and color.
- Engage in a non-verbal dialogue with their subconscious and create from an intuitive place.
- Reignite their childlike sense of wonder and imagination.
- Let go of self-criticism.
- Express themselves authentically and embrace their artwork with love and acceptance.
